What is the return policy?
All book purchases are considered final sale. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Exceptions will be made in the rare event that:
- The book arrives damaged during shipping (please include photos)
- The book does not arrive at all
If either of these issues occur, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue, and we will make it right.
My order says it was delivered but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a little early. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to arrive. If it still hasn’t shown up after that, reach out to us with your order number and we’ll help track it down.
How long will shipping take?
Orders are shipped using UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on the way.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we are only shipping within the United States.
